To use QGo, download the app from Google Play or the Apple App Store, then create a user account by providing accurate personal information.

When you're at a partner gas station, open the app, scan the QR code on the fuel dispenser, choose the amount you want to refuel, and confirm payment.

Once your payment is confirmed, you can pick up the fuel nozzle and start to refuel. The system recognizes the amount you selected and allows the process to start automatically.

Yes. Every refueling session paid through QGo generates an official fiscal receipt in accordance with local regulations.

The fiscal receipt is issued directly at the gas station. If you need a printed copy, you can pick it up inside the station shop at the cashier.
